Body Composition / Fitness Evaluation

Part of a true assessment to one's health is understanding your body composition and having a complete fitness evaluation, so you can achieve all your fitness goals. It is important to look at how your body is changing from the inside out vs. watching the number on the scale. Often time clients are lowering their body composition and gaining valuable muscle tone. Remember....muscle weighs more than fat!

  • Complete record of your overall measurements
  • A 7pt. sight Body Composition pinch test
  • Circumference (measurement in inches) of the following: 
    • Chest
    • Waist
    • Hips
    • Legs
    • Arms
    • Calves
